The Rid the Tid girls are one week into their six week challenge and so far are largely staying on the wagon.
Here's how they've found it so far..
Nush says, "I have had withdrawal symptoms from Not having my daily dose of dairy milk nutty caramel n Oreo. I had a tiny slip up Monday night, had a tiny slice of birthday cake! I feel focused on getting my energy levels up n getting rid of my abdominal fat. I am particularly enjoying having a spoon of the extra Virgin coconut oil and some Greek yoghurt in the morning before work :)
Sadaf says, "Week one has been difficult as I have eliminated junk food and sugar in general. I have however managed to keep on top of it and hopefully should see some results soon :)"
Sally say, " I have been going well and kept to most things on the plan. I had a little curry one day with my family which was a cheat. Bring on week two!"
