The girls have completed week two of their Rid the Tid challenge! This is often the hardest week as they will start to miss all the sweet things they've had to give up. Here's their individual update this week:
Nush says, "Had a couple of naughty slip ups over the Easter weekend; a slice of cheese and onion pie on Saturday (it was only small!) Then desert on the Sunday ... During last week it would have been rude to say no to my mates mum so some authentic Bengali cuisine, Other than that I am focusing on eating healthy n can feel that my abdominal area is slightly firmer than before I can definitely feel that my limbs are more toned because of the gain in muscle :)
Sadaf says, " Well week two has been ok but since it was the Easter weekend, I had a slip up :-( lol I had halloumi cheese and 1 ferrero rocher. Hopefully week 3 should be better."
Sally says, " It was Easter! I didn't have an Easter egg but did slip up during a couple of meals. Generally I have been ok though and not finding it too tough. Hopefully by week three I should really
